The Dogs Dig It Center is committed to providing a safe and fun environment for your pet. We will treat your pet like it was our own. In return, we ask that you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. I agree to release Dogs Dig It Center and the entire staff from any and all liability that results in loss, damage, injury, and sickness to my dog while under the care of the Dogs Dig It Center.
2. I agree to assume full responsibility and financial reimbursement to the Dogs Dig It Center and entire staff for all damages, losses, and injuries that are caused by my dog while under the care of the Dogs Dig It Center. This includes but is not limited to other dogs and to Dogs Dig It staff and owners. I will reimburse Dogs Dig It as soon as a bill has been given to Dogs Dig It Center.
3. I verify that my dog is healthy, has the required vaccinations on file, is free of sickness or disease and has not harmed or shown aggression towards people or other dogs.
4. In the event of an emergency and your dog requires veterinary care, you will be contacted by phone. If you or your emergency contact cannot be reached, your dog will be transported to your designated veterinarian. If you haven?t chosen a vet, we will choose one for you. Dog owner assumes full financial responsibility for any expenses involved
5. I have read and understand the rules and regulations and agree to abide by them. I certify that I have read and understand this agreement and release. I agree to accept all the terms, conditions, and statements of this agreement.
Daycare Rules and Regulations
All dogs must have current I.D. tags on at all times. Buckle collars are the only types of collar permitted (no choke chains, gentle leader or prong collars please)
All dogs must be at least 4 months of age
All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age
All dogs must be current with all vaccinations along with keeping information on file
Payment is due in advance. All sales final.
All dogs must be dropped off and picked up during posted business hours. Late fee is $1.00 per minute after 6:10 pm weekdays.
Reservations are required at least 24 hrs in advance. Same day reservations are dependent upon space availability.
Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice will be charged full fees.
